All companies at the Leiden Bio Science Park and on the Vondellaan can become members of the Business Association. Members can make use of all the facilities the club has to offer.
Under special circumstances, the board may nominate companies as members when they are located within the immediate vicinity of the park. The ALV will make the final decision on this.
Membership is € 350 per year. Smaller companies with fewer than 10 employees pay a reduced rate of € 100 in the first two years.
The costs for membership are € 350 per calendar year, or part thereof. Companies with a maximum of 10 employees at the time of registration pay only € 100, as an annual contribution during the first two calendar years. After that, the contribution becomes € 350 per year.
Billing of the contribution takes place in January of the current year. The invoice is a confirmation of the membership.
Membership can take effect at any time. Invoicing takes place per entire calendar year, including the year in which the membership starts.
Cancellation may take place during the entire calendar year, providing that cancellation in writing occurs no later than 1 December.
The Board reserves the right, after the agreement of the ALV, to adjust the annual contribution amounts.
