Become a fellow at the Termeer Foundation


The Netherlands and Massachusetts recently signed a partnership, Program of Cooperation, expressing and affirming their desire to further strengthen the life sciences ecosystems in the Netherlands and Massachusetts. One of the activities that is part of this cooperation is the Henri Termeer Transatlantic Connections Award which has been realised already for the third time by The Termeer Foundation and Health~Holland.

One emerging biotech/life sciences entrepreneur will be selected as awardee in the Netherlands and one awardee in Massachusetts who have the potential to strengthen transatlantic cooperation between the two life science regions. Previous awardees are Kasper Roet, CEO and co-founder of QurAlis Corporation, Koenraad Wiedhaup, CEO and founder of Leyden Labs, Eline van Beest, CEO of Hybridize Therapeutics and Joshua Cohen and Justin Klee, co-Founders and co-CEOs of Amylyx Pharmaceuticals.

Awardees receive fellowship status within The Termeer Foundation. Termeer Fellows become member of the Termeer network, an ever-growing group of emerging and established healthcare innovators. The network includes participants in key programmes, as well as mentors, board members, advisers and many partners from industry and academia. The Termeer Foundation organises and facilitates several activities at which members of the network can connect with each other. Core activities of the Fellows programme are mentoring, networking and professional development.
