A well-maintained outdoor area is very important for entrepreneurs. And when something is broken, it must be repaired quickly. The longer it takes, the more the image of degeneration settles in.
That is why the municipality of leiden has now launched a handy app. The MijnGemeente app
A broken bench in the park, litter in the playground or a football pitch with a hole in it? You can report it via the MijnGemeente app. This app is intended for all reports in the public space.
The app can be downloaded from the App store and the Google Play Store. Via the app, you can easily pass on the location and possibly add photos. Reports can also still be made via the website www.leiden.nl/melding or via the Customer Contact Centre (14071).
