Do you need to use a type of equipment that is not easily available for you? Perhaps someone else on campus has it, and is willing to arrange so that you can use it! It is more sustainable to use the equipment that is there, than to purchase something which will only be used a few times. We are working on a list of all available equipment on campus, so that soon we can help each other do better research.
